As you will be aware the 19th BGA Annual Conference and AGM on
22 June 2022 unfortunately coincides with planned rail strikes.
The event will be held as an in-person event, and will also be webcast live (although Q&A facilities will not be available for on-line attendees).
The event is free to attend, but registration in advance is required (for both in-person and on-line attendees), via the link below.

The conference programme starts at 1000hrs, with registration and breakfast refreshments available in the Great Hall from 0900hrs.
The morning session will include talks on monitoring and geotechnical projects.
The BGA’s AGM will follow a lunch break. The AGM will include a number of presentations as well as the award of various prizes. The papers for the AGM can be accessed via the Members Area.
The afternoon session will include presentations from young engineers with the BGA’s Cooling Prize winner and the MSc Dissertation Prize winner. There will also be talks on numerical analysis.
Alongside the conference programme there is an Technical Exhibition as well as posters from various universities detailing their current research.
The event will conclude with a networking event, with non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available.
