Due to the forthcoming FIFA World Cup, which takes place in St.Petersburg in June, the Organizing Committee of the Conference "Urban planning below the ground level:Architecture andGeotechnics" has made a decision to transfer the dates of the Conference to September 19-21, 2018.
The Venue of the Conference remains the same. This is the "House of Architects" in the historical centre of Saint Petersburg.
